Kigali Is the capital city of Rwanda, founded in 1907 by German colonist, Dr. Richard Kandt. It is the main port of entry, and Rwanda's most important business center. The city has three districts: Gasabo, Kicukiro, Nyarugenge. Tourism plays a big role in this area, there are attractions such as the Kigali Memorial Center, Camp Kigali Memorial, Museum of National History, Hotel des Mille Collines.
