Org de Rac is an organic wine estate that runs to strict standards. They make use of environmentally friendly pest-control methods including a small army of ducks that patrols the vineyards getting rid of snails and other inset that might pose a threat to the vineyards. Picking and sorting are done by hand. The wine-making process at this wine estate adheres to a strict organic guideline. They also grow organic herbs and olives. Rosemary and lavender were planted in 2009 and olive trees in 2008 and 2010.
